"La plupart des membres de ce groupe d'hommes idéalistes qui se sont réunis le 7 mai 1927 dans une petite salle de l'Association commerciale de Porto Alegre n'auraient guère pu rêver que le bout de papier à signer, devant eux, sur la table, donnerait naissance à une organisation gigantesque connue et respectée dans le monde entier. "Most members of that idealistic group of men who met on May 7, 1927 in a small room at the Porto Alegre Commercial Association could hardly have dreamed that the piece of paper on the table to be signed would result in a gigantic organization, a company that would one day be known and respected around the world.
