Inscribed with the following inscriptions: "Clarissa [illegible], World Social Forum, Porto Alegre/2003" in blue pen on the inside cover, "Clarissa" in red pen on the title page, the distinctive signature "CHAVEZ" in black felt-tip pen on the copyright page, and an "A" that appears to have been written by Chávez in blue ballpoint pen on the first page of the table of contents. This volume is a compilation of speeches given by the President of Venezuela in December 2002 and January 2003. It concludes with an appendix prepared by the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Some foxing and slight yellowing of the margins on the first pages, without affecting the signature. Yellowed edges. The cover shows some signs of rubbing, but its color is intact. Spine and binding are in good condition. Book obtained at an auction in São Paulo, Brazil. Porte les inscriptions suivantes : "Clarissa [illisible], Forum Social Mundial, Porto Alegre/2003" au stylo bleu en revers de la couverture, "Clarissa" au stylo rouge sur la page de titre, la signature "CHAVEZ" caractéristique au feutre noir à la page de copyright, et un "A" qui semble avoir été tracé par Chávez au bic bleu à la première page du sommaire. Ce volume est une compilation de discours tenus par le président de Venezuela en décembre 2002 et janvier 2003. Il se termine par un appendice rédigé par le Ministère des relations extérieures de Cuba. Quelques rousseurs et léger jaunissement de la marge aux premières pages sans atteinte de la signature. Tranches jaunies. La couverture présente quelques traces de frottement mais sa couleur est intacte. Dos et reliure en bon état. Livre obtenu lors d'une vente aux enchères à São Paulo, Brésil. Lettre d'attestation de la provenance en portugais du commissaire-priseur et traduction assermentée de ladite lettre fournie sur demande sans coût supplémentaire (avec délai). ‎
