Ziegenfuss 2,228. - Eisler 516. - War die erste Auflage, die 1809-1811 in 3 Bänden erschien, noch Schelling und Steffens gewidmet, so liess Oken, wohl aus Enttäuschung über die theosophischen Ansichten Schellings, die Widmung in der zweiten Ausgabe weg. Gleichzeit arbeitete er die Einleitung des ersten Bandes in die durchnumerierten 3738 Lehrsätze ein. Das Lehrbuch der Naturphilosophie ist eine auf mathematische Symbolik gegründete, an Giordano Brunos "De Monade Numero et Figura" angelehnte, Monadenlehre. 1843 erschien noch eine weitere umgearbeitete Fassung des Werkes. - Einbandecken bestossen. Namen auf Vorsatz. Papier durchgehend stockfleckig.
