Bern. - Handgeschriebene Pergamenturkunde eines Kaufbriefes aus dem Jahr 1601 zwischen dem Ehepaar Götschi-Galdi und Heinrich Kolen.
32x64 cm, 45x76 (Rahmen), Pergamentblatt, ursprünglich gefaltet u. mit angehängtem Siegel (fehlt), in schöner deutscher Kanzleischrift der Zeit geschrieben, kleine Fehlstelle und Einriss am unteren Rand (berührt nicht den Text), unter Glas im Goldrahmen, hinten mittig freigelassen für Dorsualnotiz (Zusammenfassung des Inhalts), guter Zustand.
Bartholome Götschin (Goetschi), Tuchscherrer, und seine Frau Elisabeth Galdi (Galli) von Bern verkaufen Heinrich Kolen dem Älteren, Bürger von Bern, 2 „Dinkelgültinnen mit Kleinottern“, Einnahmen an Dinkel, Hühnern und Eiern, (vor allem insg. 3 Mütt Dinkel) gegen 300 Berner Pfund, bezahlt in Silberkronen zu 27 Batzen die Krone. Das Rückkaufsrecht behalten sie sich vor. Zeugen: Caspar Zender und Hans Rudolf Stouffn (Stauffen), beides Bürger der Stadt Bern. Der Berner Notar Hans Starck erstellte diesen Rechtsakt auf St. Andreastag (30. Nov.) 1601.
