In 1617 a first edition of his Concordance was published by the Plantin Press. Our copy of 1642 is a reworked edition with contributions by Hubert Phalèse (abbey of Affligem) . It is considered one of the best editions of the 17th c. (see T.H. Horne ; An introduction tot the critical study of the Holy scriptures -1836 : Vol. 2 pp.153. A typographical remark. We estimate the amount of type used to publish this book to be well over 12 million which makes this an extraordinary large and complex publication. It is set in a very small type ; with 4 colums of over 100 lines per page."
