Atelier G. Engelmann (signed underneath the image) undated (but 1815). Margins of the lithography severaly frayed and dustsoiled (covered by the passe-partout), Imige slightly dustsoiled but good. Rather good copy of a very early lithography made by the inventor of this printing technique. The Belgian periodicel ''Le Bibliophile Belge'' relates a visit of Engelmann at the spa resort SPA . It states also that the image is not based on a real landscape. Extremely rare.
