‎ Postkaart, handgeschreven door Gerard Walschap. Hij raadt mevrouw Contrijn af om een bezoek aan hem te brengen, daar de reis gevaarlijk en moeilijk is. Bovendien is hij reeds overtuigd van wat ze wil komen zeggen (??). Hij wenst haar goede moed en schrijft dat hij op de eerste wenk van de ''Commissie'' (?) zal komen. Gezien de datum betreft het hier misschien een repressie-en collaboratie probleem. Jef Contrijn was een Mechelse poppenspeler en vriend van Walschap. De auteur heeft voor hem een poppenspel geschreven.‎
