" Bruxelles, Editeur Van Campenhout, s.d. (ca. 1920-1930), original printed paper portfolio ( 52 x 36 cm) containing 5 original engravings by J. Delvin. Incomplete, we could not determine the exact composition of the portfolio, and if there should be a title or a table. The five engravings depict scenes of Spanish bull fighting. The engravings are signed with a small circular studio stamp. They have an imprint number indicating that a total run of 50 copies were printed. Portfolio, with a tipped on photograph of the artist; and the 5 engravings in fine condition. Jean Delvin was a founding member of ''Les XX'', the Brussels' avant-garde group created by Edmond Picard and Octave Maus. He quit early however and became later (1902) head of the Ghendt Art Academy. These engravings were the result a voyage he untertook to Spain."
