Kept in an original paper portfolio, perforated leaves and folding drawings kept together with the original metal clasps. Wrapper with traces of use (has been studied).On the front wrapper a stamp ''restricted''. Rare complete technical manual on the Avon 100 jet engine. This was the first axial flow jet engine in the Western World. It powered e.g. the ''De Haviland Comet'' which made the first trans-atlantic flight with a jet-liner. Also used on the highly successful English Electric Canberrra.‎
