Sewn, without a binding, ( removed from a collection). The first 12 pp. contain the memorial or statement. The continuation (23 pp ) consists of transcriptions of official letters, statements, copies of peace treaties which were of concern to the university. First item is a copy of a letter of Charles Quint ( 22 nov. 1520) ; last item deals with the ''Traité de la Barrière des Pays-Bas'' 15 nov. 1715.
