" Berlin, Cassirer Verlag, s.d. ( 1923 ) , in-folio, 44 x 33,5 cm, title + 12 full page lithographs , signed in pencil by the artist. The lithographs are printed on one side of an unopened double leaf ( Japanese style ). Bound in the original Japanese style bark binding decorated with a veiled dancing woman. Private edition printed in 20 numbered copies only. This is copy 9. Provenance; from the collection of Franz Josef Kohl-Weigand with a collection stamp on the last paste down and an ex-libris (also by Max Slevogt) on the first paste down. (His name has been removed from the ex-libris). The collector was an intimate friend of the artist. Very fine copy of this rare album."
