Volume II ; (16)nn pp + 432 pp +(12)nn pp (index) + 67 pp + (1)(bl), complete. Bound in contemporary full overlapping vellum, traces of ties, vellum a bit soiled, some leaves very slightly browned, still a fine/good copy. Charles Loyseau (1564 - 1627) was president of the Parisian Bar and is chiefly remembered for his study ''Traité des ordres et simples dignités'', first published in 1610. His collected works are published here for the first time (see Camus ; Bibliothèque choisi de livres de droit item 1449.)."‎
