Gand (Gent) , Chez la Veuve Pierre de Goesin, dans la Veldstraete, aux quatre Evangelistes, 1744, in-folio, 45 x 28 cm, engraved frontispice portrait of the empress+ title printed in two colours with a wood engraved coat of arms + 43 pp + 1 huge folding copper engraved plate ( 85 x 78 cm). The plate pictures a baroque theater stage erected on the largest town square (Vrijdagmarkt). Both this plate and the portrait were engraved by Pilsen. Landwehr N° 209, Ornamentstich Katalog Berlin 2962. Only edition of this book, bound in contemporary full calf, with large gilt supra libro on both covers - imperial arms on upper cover , arms of Flanders on lower cover - , raised gilt spine, binding a bit worn at extremities, some overall wear at covers but still a good binding, interior fine, with the large folding plates in fine condition..‎
