The drawing is made in colourpaint, a small groundfloor design is rendered in white in the upper righthand corner. The design shows a fully worked out front view of the two storied house, stairs compartment is three storied, ornamented with trees and shrubs, a pond in front of the house. Signed but undated (ca. 1933-1935). Labelled ; Villa en construction à Tervueren. A bit waterstained but still a fine decorative drawing."

The design consist of a groundfloor, three fully worked out views of the house, a sketch of an aereal view and a cut through the house. Signed and dated 1934. Labelled ; Bungalow. Upper and lower margins a bit frayed.."
