Copy from the library of Count Moretus Plantin, mayor of Stabroek (his faint stamp on the the title page) Report on the architectural ( town planning) competition organized by the Ministry of Public Works for the re-use of the grounds which became available after the demolition of the very important 16th c. defence works around Antwerp. The competition gives a good insight into the ideas on town-planning at the beginning of the 20th century. The first prize went to H. Prost (Paris), 2nd prize to Mr. Auburtin (Paris) etc.) (town planning, architectural competition, Antwerpen,)."
