Contemporary full vellum, (vellum dusty, interior very fine). The first work is a second edition (first in 1647) of a treatise on the art of hospitality in the classical world. It is ilustrated, apart from some text engravings by 2 folding plates; one illustrating Christ's Last Supper (as an example of an orderly meal), the other; a classical or pagan meal which resembles a brawl.
