The entire business part of the proposed book is based on original documents, most of which have not yet been published and collected by the Emergency Commission established by the Provisional Government to investigate the illegal actions of former ministers. The book was published in a somewhat abbreviated form (the reader will find here seven new documents) in the journal Bulye # 15 (marked 1919, published in 1921) under the title The Last Days of the Old Regime.
