He published his works in the World Illustration, North, Week, New Times, Historical Gazette, Russian Thought, Bulletin of Europe. Under his pseudonym Mordwin places semi-publicists, semi-fiction pieces in the New Times of Russia. Separately he published: Military and travel essays and short stories (Saint Petersburg, 1892 and 1898), Nowadays (Saint Petersburg, 1892 and 1898), Broken Idols (Saint Petersburg, 1898), Pustotsotsvet (In the Village), novel (Saint Petersburg, 1899).
