Kharkiv Humanitarian Center 2007, a book by Nikolai Yakovlevich Groth, an outstanding psychologist at the end of the nineteenth century, which presents the natural-science concept of dreams, developed long before Freud. The author creatively analyzes a large number of works about dreams - from the ancient Greeks to his contemporaries - and synthesizes his own theory, in which unconscious and dreaming are understood as a breakthrough into the consciousness of previously supplanted impressions and desires.
