In 1907 he defended his master's thesis Personal freedom in criminal proceedings. On January 1 1908 P.I. Lublinsky was confirmed as a private associate professor at the Department of Criminal Law and Judicial Proceedings. Since 1909 Lublinsky was a professor of criminal justice and criminal procedure at the Higher Bestuzhevsky Courses in St. Petersburg and was an active participant in the international congresses of the Union of Criminologists held from 1905 to 1915 We have thousands of titles and often several copies of each title may be available.
