À l'intérieur du plat se trouve l'ex-libris de « Chart Lodge ». Chart Lodge fait référence à une propriété située à Seal Chart, près de Sevenoaks dans le Kent, d'où l'annotation de Drinkwater. What is interesting with this copy is that the portrait of John Drinkwater bears his signature and the words "Seal Chart September 1921." A nice clean copy of this book. A little darkening and rubbing to the spine and boards. Internally clean, with a few light foxing spots only. To the inside board is the bookplate for "Chart Lodge." Chart Lodge refers to a property located in Seal Chart, near Sevenoaks in Kent, hence Drinkwater's annotation. Attractive reproductions of portraits and sketches by Rothnstein throughout.
