Includes graphic photos and illustrations of war related injuries. Boards in very good condition. Endpapers are age toned, but the rest of the book is clean and bright; including the glossy photo paper used for illustrations. xi, 199 pages - including index. 250 x 160 mm (9Ÿ x 6Œ inches). William Warwick James OBE was one of the foremost dental surgeons of his time; and a pioneer in maxillofacial surgery. Benjamin William Fickling CBE was a dentist and doctor who played a major part in the development of oral and maxillofacial surgery as a specialised discipline.
