‎Very scarce. Magnificent privately produced book, limited to only 20 copies. Uncut folio on fine paper. Attractive blue cloth hardback with gilt title to spine. A patriotic compilation - published in the early part of WW1 - on anti-German sentiments. A few spots to front board. Preface signed Sydney Humphries. His coat of arms is in gilt on the boards. The frontispiece reproduces upon a two-thirds scale a page of William Morris's projected Kelmscott Press edition of Froissart's Chronicles. Printed by R & R Clarke, Edinburgh. xxxiii, 65 pp. 370 x 260 mm (14œ x 10Œ inches).‎
