( unpaginated) + 15 pp ( list of the Kyoto exhibitors to the exhibition). Japanese binding, leaves printed on 1 side only ( uncut ), kept together with two silk ties. Bound in blue-grey boards covered with a delicate transparant silk tissue. Binding with some minor traces of use, endpapers with some minor foxing spots but on the whole still a fine/good copy. This publication by the Kyoto Exhibitor's Association to the Japan-British Exhibition of 1910 was published on the occasion of the 1910 Japan-British Exhibition ; The Japan-British Exhibition of 1910 ( Nichi-Ei Hakuran-kai) took place at White City, London in Great Britain from 14 May 1910 to 29 October 1910. This publication presents cultural, geographical and commercial information on the city of Kyoto . At the end is a complete list of the Kyoto participants at the exhibition. Rare."‎

This catalogue of the ''Kyoto Commercial Museum'' was most probably published on the occasion of the 1910 Japan-British Exhibition ; The Japan-British Exhibition of 1910 ( Nichi-Ei Hakuran-kai) took place at White City, London in Great Britain from 14 May 1910 to 29 October 1910. The catalogue presents cultural, geographical and commercial information on the city of Kyoto . The ''Commercial Museum'' its function and title can be compared with what in the ''West'' would be called ''Chamber of Commerce''. ‎[Kyoto, circa 1885]. 488 x 717 mm ; replié dans une chemise illustrée en couleurs ; plats de papier jaune au dos.‎

‎Joli plan de Kyoto dans de très beaux coloris, publié par Yoshishige Kamisaka à Tokyo vers 1885, durant l'ère Meiji, ère de l'histoire du Japon comprise entre 1868 et 1912. Ce plan, orienté vers l'est, avec le nord placé à gauche, englobe la ville de Kyoto, entourée de rivières et de canaux, ainsi que les districts autour de la ville. Il est orné de nombreuses vignettes représentant les sanctuaires, temples, châteaux et autres monuments de la ville. En bas à droite figurent un index des distances entre différents points de la ville, la légende des couleurs utilisées, et une liste des écoles primaires de la ville. Très rare exemplaire accompagné d'une chemise illustrée en couleurs, portant les inscriptions suivantes, manuscrites à l'encre : Plan de Kioto (Japon). Acheté à Kioto fin mars 1887. Bel exemplaire finement aquarellé à l'époque.‎
