Light wear to extremities, with a few wormholes and scratches to boards and spine. Ex-libris (Carl Juel, Danish statesman and owner of Valdemar's Castle) to verso of front boards. Vague dampstain to upper outer corner of of first 30 pp. in vol. 2, otherwise internally nice and clean. (III)-XIX, 456 (wrongly numbered 156) pp. + frontispiece and 22 plates (2), 495, (3), 143 pp. + 1 plate.‎
