‎Archduke Carl Ludwig Johann Joseph Lawrence of Austria, Duke of Teschen (September 5, 1771 in Florence, - 30 April 1847 in Vienna) was a general and a member of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine. He is remembered for the fact that he was the first to inflict defeat on Napoleon at the Battle of Aspern, 21/22. May 1809.‎
