The uncommon first edition of Kraft’s Logic which was made for the 1750 re-established Sorø Academy. Danish writer and academian Ludvig Holberg bequested most of his fortune to re-establishing the academy in 1750 after a devastating fire.Bibliotehca Danica I, 907.

The rare first edition of this mourning sermon was delivered following the death of Christiana Henriette Lovise of Schleinitz who passed away on 12 August 1756 at Thorsinge Castle. She held the prestigious position of former Ober-Hofmesterinde (Chief Lady-in-Waiting) to two Queens of Denmark.
