Ce mémoire de l'anatomiste allemand Augustin Frederic Walther sur le système nerveux, est le compte rendu de la dissection d'un cerveau faite à la suite de la publication par Winslow de son ouvrage "Exposition anatomique du Corps Humain". Walther, à qui l'on doit de nombreux travaux anatomiques, commente le texte de Winslow et fait part de ses propres observations. Le titre au départ du texte est un peu différent: "Paris vagi et intercostalis humani corporis nervorum investigatio singulairs". Références à Willis, Vieussens, etc. Quelques petites taches et rousseurs. Document très bien conservé. ‎
