‎Georges Hayem, de son vrai nom Georges Isaac, né le 24 novembre 1841 à Paris et mort le 28 août 1933 dans la même ville, est un médecin des hôpitaux de Paris, d'abord spécialiste du système digestif puis considéré comme l'un des pères de l'hématologie1, professeur à la Faculté de médecine de Paris et membre de l'Académie de médecine.
