État correcte pour un exemplaire du XVIII° siècle. Intérieur frais avec un bon état papier. Frottements considérables sur les plats, et légère manque en haut du dos. Ailleurs, bon exemplaire.

Originaire d'Orléans, comme son ami le jurisconsulte Pothier, Jousse est un emminent commentateur des édits du XVIIe siècle dont ce commentaire de l'ordonnance de Eaux et Forêts dont c'est ici l'a première édition.
