1928-1968 Eight volumes in six. Text with four frontispieces with portraits, 8vo/4to, contemporary half-calf over marbled boards, gilt titles on spine (I) and original grey cloth with gilt titles (II). The only compilation of all entomological contributions up to 1900, now rare in original print, especially the first series (with indexes up to 1863) published privately by Horn. This is by far the most important bibliography on entomology. The second series is by W. Derksen and U. Scheiding-Göllner, but traditionally referred to as "Horn Schenkling" as well. Library stamps on front paste-downs, volumes to part I crudely taped. Lacking the 1975 index to the second series. Contents good.
