Revue "Le Jean le Blanc", tomes XXVI-XXVII, 1987-1988, numéro double spécial, broché , 21x29,5 cm, 340 pages, illustré de nombreux croquis et figures de crânes dessinés par l'auteur.
Préface de C. Ferry : Jacques CUISIN s'était fait connaitre en publiant dans l'Oiseau R.F.O. une série de papiers décrivant des crânes de passereaux. Il est venu travailler dans le laboratoire d'Ecologie du Professeur Bernard Frochot à Dijon pour élargir et compléter cette recherche. Il en est résulté un mémoire qui lui a permis de soutenir avec succès le 15 décembre 1989 un Diplôme Supérieur d'Etudes et de Recherches devant l'Université de Bourgogne. La rédaction du Jean-le-Blanc est heureuse que ce Mémoire puisse être publié comme un numéro double spécial de notre revue. En effet, outre l'intérêt scientifique de ce travail, il présente un intérêt pratique considérable pour les ornithologistes de terrain : c'est la première fois qu'il sera possible, avec son aide, de déterminer les crânes de passereaux de France.
