‎ 200 jaar geleden werd in Antwerpen Constance Teichmann geboren. Ooit was ze alom bekend, nu is ze bijna vergeten. In de volksmond kreeg ze de naam ?goede engel van Antwerpen?. Dit boek biedt een bevoorrechte inkijk in het leven van deze devote diva, die zich heen en weer geslingerd voelde tussen een diep geloof waarin zorg centraal stond, en een hartstochtelijke artistieke roeping als zangeres, dirigente, pianiste en organiste.
