‎Paris, Lecoffre, Paris, Lecoffre1873 ; in-12, demi-chagrin vert de l’époque. XV pp., 301 pp.Première biographie de Eugénie SMET (Lille 1825 - 1871), en religion Marie de la Providence. Elle fonda son association en 1859 en adoptant la spiritualité ignacienne de façon très complète (Règles et constitutions de la Compagnie de Jésus à peine remaniées, traditions et coutumiers). Entre 1855 et 1859 elle avait correspondu avec le curé d’Ars. Sa congrégation a fondé en 1867 une maison à Changhaï. Elle fut béatifiée en 1957. Bel exemplaire.‎
