‎Vaublanc (Montargis 1756 - 1845), député de droite à la Législative, fut trois fois clandestin sous la Révolution, après le 10 Août, après le 13 Vendémiaire, après le 18 Fructidor. En faveur auprès de Napoléon, il l'abandonna cependant en 1814, et sera le ministre de l'intérieur de 1815 qui présidera à la Terreur blanche. (Quérard X, p. 71). - Intérieur frais, dos de la couverture endommagé.‎
