Masson Editeur, MDCCCXCII (1892). 1 volume in folio, 298 pp., reliure ancienne, cartonnage japonisant, coins et bords un peu usés, couverture illustrée d'un dragon conservée, enrichi de 88 gravures et 24 planches, très bel exemplaire. Cet ouvrage est enrichi d'un bel envoi de l'auteur à son ami Robert Oppenheimer, le célèbre physicien. Le livre aurait donc appartenu au "Père de la bombe atomique".‎

‎Très bel ouvrage consacré aux étapes asiatiques du Tour du Monde entrepris par Albert Tissandier, chargé d'une Mission par le Ministre de l'Instruction Publique. L'auteur était également un dessinateur et un peintre de renom.‎
