‎Paris , Hachette & Cie 1914 Grand et fort in-8 pleine toile verte illustrée noir, blanc et or de l'éd. [le capit. Scott]. Coiffes un peu appuyés, un cahier détaché in fine sinon bon ex.‎

‎Édition originale de la traduction française. Les 91 gravures sont en fait des photographies hors texte en noir. Complet de la carte dépliante in fine. Le 29 mars 1911, Scott écrivait ces derniers mots : "C'est épouvantable, je ne puis écrire davantage [... ] Pour l'amour de Dieu, occupez-vous des nôtres." La mission Scott vers le pôle Sud fut un désastreux échec. Bon état d’occasion ‎
