With two interesting inserts from the Antwerp provincial authorities. 1) A printed letter from the governor (Van de Werve) to the village of Tongerloo. A printed letter from the Société pour la protection des sites et monuments...to the governor. The book was a gift from the governor to the village in order to promote ''good architecture'' in rural regions. Both letters are in Dutch."
