Title page and a few other pages with waterstains, page xii/xiii with marginal tear not affecting the text. Rare early 19th c. publication in Dutch on the history of the ''Spanish Armada''. The engraved plate shows the pennant of the Spanish admiral's galleon '' Diego de Piementel '' which is kept in the Saint-Peters church at Leiden.
