‎Etat satisfaisant (des rouss., une forte mouill. sur dernières pages, état très satisfaisant par ailleurs). L'auteur fut professeur d'histoire à Louis-le-Grand, avant d'occuper la chaire d'Histoire Ancienne à la Sorbonne. Il a notamment écrit une considérable 'Histoire d'Espagne depuis les premiers temps historiques [..]'. L'édtion originale du présent ouvrage, assez peu courant désormais, était parue en 1868.‎
