Très rare facétie qui se présente comme le cahier de doléance, établi le 10 Avril 1789 pour les Etats Généraux, des acteurs des théâtres privilégiés de Paris. Ecrit dans un style vif et incisif, il comprend de nombreuses propositions parfaitement inapplicables et qui frisent parfois le grotesque (interdiction de huer une pièce nouvelle, fermeture et destruction des théâtres populaires concurrents etc.).
