This edition is of great value, although it appeared after 1740. Less common than Blocquel edition. Eliphas Levi in his History of Magic says the date of this edition with certainty is difficult, Yves-Plessis considers it around 1850. Most modern editions are based on more or less counterfeit versions of this grimoire. Very curious manual of magic includes, among other subjects, mysterious prayers to ward off and cure all kinds of illnesses, against charms, bewitchments, evil impediments to marriage, possessions, and everything that can happen through the evil spells of sorcerers.
