Edizione del 1830 di questa celebre e fortunata opera teologica del gesuita e teologo francese Paule Gabriel Antoine (1679-1743).<BR>Pubblicata per la prima volta nel 1726, la sua "Theologia moralis" fu cosi apprezzata che Benedetto XIV decise di utilizzarla come testo per gli studenti del Collegio della Propaganda.<BR>A partire dal 1747 nella sua teologia vennero inserite anche proposizioni condannate, casi riservati e decreti di Benedetto XIV.<BR>Secondo l'opinione di Gury e Liguori Antoine mostrava un atteggiamento troppo severo.<BR>All'interno numerosi trattati: Atti umani, Coscienza, Leggi, Peccati, Virtu teologiche, Virtu religiose ecc... L'opera era composta da due volumi, siamo in possesso del primo tomo solamente. Testo a due colonne. In discrete condizioni.
