‎Vlaamse tekeningen uit de 16de en 17de eeuw behoren tot de hoogtepunten van de westerse kunstgeschiedenis. Soms waren tekeningen ook autonome kunstwerken. In From Scribble to Cartoon staan functies, technieken en materialen van de tekenkunst centraal.
