Elle participe de ""l'aventure psychosociologique"" (Aubert, de Gaulejac, Navridis, 1997). Elle est fondée par Gérard Mendel, sociologue et psychiatre, à partir de son expérience personnelle (biographique et professionnelle) et collective opérant au sein d'institutions (au sens d'entreprises, d'associations...) en liaison avec les activités de groupes, le groupe Desgenettes d'abord, créé au début des années 1970 en France, puis le groupe ADRAP (Association De Recherche et d'Action Psychosociologique) dans le Sud de la France, la Fondation Mendel en Argentine et le collectif DeSisiyhe au Québec (Sur Mendel, cf. La sociopsychanalyse est donc à la fois une théorie (une anthropologie de l'acte) et une pratique d'intervention réalisée à partir de ce qu'elle appelle aujourd'hui, le Dispositif Institutionnel Mendel (DIM). Son objectif, depuis le début, a été d'essayer de comprendre et d'analyser les effets du ""social"" sur la psyché individuelle. L'une des questions posées est la suivante : comment l'histoire de nos sociétés agit sur la psychologie des individus ? Mendel a ainsi, par exemple, pu montrer dans ""De Faust à Ubu : L'invention de l'individu"" (1996) comment la psychologie du peuple allemand avait été préparée pour recevoir Hitler. Ce déterminisme (qui relativise notre liberté individuelle si chère à nos sociétés occidentales) donne pourtant toute sa place au sujet et à la créativité individuelle et collective (Mendel, 1999, Prades, 2019), but ultime de la méthode d'intervention et de la théorie. C'est pourquoi Mendel commence avec Marx et Freud (et Reich) pour prolonger son travail en compagnie de Winnicott. Praticien plutôt orthodoxe bien que critique de la psychanalyse (Mendel, 1988), il s'est toujours tenu à distance des ""chapelles"" (qu'elles soient théoriques ou politiques). La sociopsychanalyse, courant de la psychosociologie, est donc une anthropologie et une clinique, une théorie aussi politique (cf. sur ce point plus particulièrement les ouvrages de Mendel publiés dans les années 1980 (en particulier, Mendel, 1983); et plus récemment Prades, 2019b) et une pratique donnant une place très importante à la méthodologie au point d'offrir un panorama des méthodes de l'intervention psychosociologique françaises (Mendel, Prades, 2002; Prades, 2014). ‎Extremely scarce first edition of the fifth meteorological publication (from the same periodical in which ""Über Pflanzen-Hybriden"" was published the year before) by the founder of genetics, Gregor Mendel. The paper represents an important contribution to the emergence of exact weather-forecasting and helped found Mendel's reputation as the leading meteorologist of Moravia.Apart from plant growing and seeding, Gregor Mendel's main interest lay in the field of meteorology, to which he contributed substantially throughout many years of his life. Mendel was a farmer's son and grew up with farm growing. His great interest in the science of meteorology may be partly explained by his background, as he was very much aware of the tremendous influence of the weather on the productivity and harvesting of crops. The idea behind his precise meteorological observations, the first official one of which he made in 1848, was for him to become able to make reliable weather predictions - a thing which would be of great value to farmers especially. From 1848 to 1862 Mendel and Dr. Pavel Olexik recorded a series of observations, which they presented at the first meeting of the newly established Brünn Natural Science Society. After that Mendel began supplying the Vienna Meteorological Institute with the data of his daily observations in Brünn. It was due to Mendel and other experts on the subject that the institute began publishing daily weather reports and forecasts in the 1870'ies, as they had been persuaded of the value of such reports and forecasts to farmers. ""Mendel began his meteorological studies in 1856 and was soon recognized as the only authority on this subject in Moravia. In his first meteorological paper, published in 1863, he summarized graphically the results of observations at Brno, using the statistical principle to compare the data for a given year with the average conditions of the previous fifteen years. Between 1863 and 1869, the paper was followed by five similar communications concerned with the whole of Moravia... In 1877, with his support, weather forecasts for farmers in Moravia were issued, the first in central Europe... Le pouvoir ici concerne davantage ce que lont fait que le pouvoir sur les autres. Ainsi, loutil de travail de la sociopsychanalyse nest pas lindividu isolé mais le petit groupe (groupe homogène de travail ou groupe de pairs) inscrit dans une structure sociale concrète ou institution (d'où la proximité de la sociopsychanalyse avec l'analyse institutionnelle). ‎Bel exemplaire bien relié. Dans ce roman, on retrouve le héros habituel de "Aux portes de Moscou", mais cette fois-ci dans son jeune âge. On l'y retrouve au sein d'une famille aisée d'agriculteurs juifs polonais, au lendemain de la première guerre mondiale, occasion pour Mendel Mann (1916-1975) d'évoquer la Mazovie de son enfance. ‎
