‎Brun 2, 335. - Johann Baptist Marzohl (1792-1863), ursprünglich Bäcker von Beruf, wurde durch seine Holbeinkopien in Luzern bekannt. "Seine Landschaften in Aquarell zeugen von grossem Farbensinn (Brun). Er schuf eine Reihe von Ansichten aus der Umgebung von Luzern. - Am äussersten unteren rechten Rand mit 6 kleinen Wurmlöchlein. - Farbfrisch.‎
