Text in French. First section of a series of publications by Snoeck which comprised declarations of European head of States against Napoleon. (This section, complete in itself contains the declaration of the Spanish Junta). In this section he announces the publication of a title page with a later section. (Vander Haeghen nr. 13838). Added are the proclamations which were published later on by Snoeck ; pp. 47 - 70 (end) , with the announced title."‎
