Contemporary green half morocco bindings, spines uniformly sunned, with gilt fillets and dentelle motifs, marbled paper covers, morocco label "Marie Seillan" pasted on each volume, spine-ends rubbed, otherwise a pleasant copy. Scattered foxing, paper on some issues a little browned. Detailed volume contents : - Volume 1: 26 issues (nos. 1 to 26) and 26 scores, 2 lithographs with the first two scores, an engraved portrait of Rossini, vignettes in the text. - Volume 2: 25 issues (nos. 27 to 52) and 26 scores, vignettes in the text. - Volume 3: 26 issues (nos. 1 to 26) and 26 scores (two scores are missing and have been replaced by three others).
