‎ 1521 chez Jehan Petit, 1521. Marque d'imprimeur à la page de titre. Petit in 8° (150 x 100). 116 ff. + 5 ff. de table + 1 f. blanc. Complet (cf. Renouard, inventaire chronologique des éditions parisiennes du XVIème siècle). Reliure ancienne en plein vélin vélin rigide à 5 nerfs, titre à l'encre sur le dos. Marge courte en tête, bon exemplaire cependant.‎

‎Olivier Maillard né au XVème siècle était docteur de Sorbonne, professeur de théologie dans l'ordre des frères mineurs, prédicateur du roi Louis XI. Il mourut en 1502. Chargé d'emplois par le pape Innocent VIII, Charles VII et Ferdinand le Catholique, il publia de très nombreux sermons fameux pour la liberté de ton qu'ils présentent. ‎
