Ink-mark on half-title.One of the greatest rarities in entomological literature published by the famous Johann Illiger (1775-1815). No plates have been published in this journal.

1801-1808 Over 1200 p., later speckled boards, spines with burgundy morocco label with gilt title. One of the greatest rarities in entomological literature published by the famous Johann Illiger (1775-1815). No plates have been published in this journal. The very rare vol. 6 is missing. We have added a photocopy of volume 5. According to Horn-Schenkling: "Der sechste Band ist fast in der ganzen Auflage verbrannt und äusserst Selten!". Some marginal worming, the fourth volume in a binding that once contained the fifth as well, leaving a gap and one inner joint loose. Horn-Schenkling, 11177.
